The video entitled “Bisa Kembali Normal? Obat Covid-19 Sudah Ditemukan!!” is a containing an interview between Anji and Hadi Pranoto who claims that he has succeeded in finding antibody drug, can prevent cure patients have been infected with the coronavirus just 2-3 days. Many experts also doubt Pranoto's statements video. With many reactions from public regarding video, Cyber Indonesia General President reported August 2020 of violating laws Indonesia. This article uses Descriptive Analytic Method. Article aims to explain concepts Human Understanding Communicating Effectivity Communication Philosophy. Concept information provided will form understanding society, information/ideas are conveyed effectively change people's behavior. In this case, it was understood Hady had found anti-COVID-19 drug could cure. Then provided, result those agree believe what said, buy antibody-drug, but disagree such as deny by Pranoto, which be considered hoax news. effect affect behavior people watching leads community disorders.
